Always return to my favorite spot in Usakos. Staff kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen supplies, laundry, hiking. Pets allowed. No smoking. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

The room at Okambishi's Rest was cozy and comfortable, with a warm and homely atmosphere. I loved the private bathroom with the bath or shower, it added a touch of luxury to my stay. The sofa in the apartment was so inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private entrance gave me a sense of privacy and freedom, making it feel like a home away from home. The tiled floor added a nice touch and kept the room cool in the heat. it was a delightful place to stay.
The only thing I liked less was the lack of a separate feature to emphasize my subjective opinion. However, others may still find enjoyment in it.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Okambishi's Rest. the place was spacious and comfortable for our group of four adults. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor BBQ cooking facilities. the hosts were welcoming and friendly, and we even had the pleasure of meeting their pet tortoise. the location provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of driving. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area or passing through. Thank you for hosting us!

Loved the pet-friendly atmosphere, and the free parking was a real treat. The seating and dining area in the accommodation were cozy and the kitchenware made us feel like master chefs.
Oh, I just adored how there was nothing at all that I didn't like. Absolutely nothing.

Title: A Fantastic Family Retreat in Usakos
My wife says that Usakos can feel a bit isolated, especially if you have a sedan car. The roads to popular attractions like Spitzkoppe can be uncomfortable and challenging with a sedan car, but a 4x4 would have no issues.

Comfortable, spacious accommodation near a small town with necessities. Helpful host with great local recommendations. Peaceful surroundings and nice for stargazing. Fresh eggs and animal encounters added to the experience.

Lovely, tranquil atmosphere with a well-maintained garden, offering a peaceful oasis after a long drive through the dusty landscape. The host was friendly and gracious, allowing our daughter to interact with the animals. The cleanliness of the home was impressive, considering the dusty surroundings. The location was convenient, close to the highway, a grocery store, and a cafe. We also appreciated the proximity to various attractions, such as Spitzkoppe and the San Living Museum. The abundance of birds during the day and the starry night sky were delightful bonuses.
The lack of wifi might be an issue for some, although we didn't mind since we had cellphone service. It would have been even better if we had stayed longer to fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and make the most of our stay.
